Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are fast and easy to make AND super delicious.  Each batch I make is lucky to last 24 hours in our house.

180g butter, softened

1/3 cup caster sugar

1/3 can of condensed milk

1 1/2 cups of self raising flour, sifted

250g chocolate chips or buttons (the brand you select will really make these cookies, so far I like the Nestle Milk drops the best)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Beat in the condensed milk.  Add the flour and chocolate and beat really slowly until just combined.  Rolls into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.  Place in the oven for 1-2 minutes then remove and quickly press down with a fork, then pop back into the oven for approximately 10 minutes.  Remove and place on wire rack until cool.  ENJOY!!
