Christmas Food Ideas

Christmas Food Ideas!!  Christmas is all about food and family for me.  I love sharing the day with all my family whilst I prepare lots of yummy food for everyone to enjoy.  Here in New Zealand the sun is blazing as we have Christmas through Summer.  So, Christmas Day usually includes water … either swimming, down to the beach or with all my boys … water guns!  Whilst the children play and enjoy their presents I set about creating some wonderful food that will leave everyone bloated and needing a sleep.  Here are some ideas I have found on Pinterest that look great …. I will definitely be doing a glazed ham as I have done for many years but I will only buy a Freedom Farms ham … has to be free range NZ pork or nothing!  Also, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a Pavalova!

I must add here, that I am so grateful that I will be able to do a wonderful spread of food this Christmas, as I know that many families are just unable to …. we always say a big THANK YOU to the universe for all we have in this household!

What are you cooking up this year for Christmas?
