It’s our birthday… celebrate with LDM!

Once upon a time...

Once upon a time... La Donna Moderna

…there were two lovely sisters who, although very close, lived many miles apart. They often spoke for long periods on the phone about their lives, their loves, their work.

One day during one of these long calls they harked upon an idea. They had long been invested in social media and loved to share amazing products, services and ideas with their friends and family. Things that other ladies oohed and ahhed over as well. Could they build a website and a community where they could share their finds every day with many like minded women?

Maybe? But where to start?

One of these sisters had a friend, another lovely lady relatively new to this land, who had the specific skills they were after to help them build their dream. She readily accepted their cry for help and together they dreamed a little dream…

That is how La Donna Moderna (The Modern Woman) was born. It has been a labour of love, often bringing frustration but also squeals of delight.

The three lovely ladies try to get together as often as they can to sip pink stuff and eat cupcakes and what better excuse than to celebrate a birthday…
