‘The 2-Day Diet’ Book Give Away

Author Biography

DR MICHELLE HARVIE is an award-winning research dietician at Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention, specialising in optimum diet and exercise strategies to prevent breast cancer and its recurrence. Her findings have been published in many major scientific publications and she was awarded the British Dietetic Association Rose Simmond’s Award for best published dietetic research in 2005. PROF TONY HOWELL is Professor of Medical Oncology and specialises in pharmacological and lifestyle measurements to prevent breast cancer. He is also Research Director of Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention. ALL AUTHOR PROCEEDS GO TO GENESIS BREAST CANCER PREVENTION.

    The worst diet i tried was one where i virtually starved myself – it ended with me being so hungry i went on a major binge and gained rather than lost.

    I can’t say I’ve ever followed a ‘diet’, but being a stay at home mum has taken it’s toll. This 2 day diet has me intrigued, and sounds do able. Need to know more!

    The worst diet I ever tried was a minimal calorie diet where i only ate rice cakes, tinned tuna, bananas, chicken and rice. Still can’t eat rice cakes or tuna to this day.

    This would be perfect for me to try I find I always struggle to stay completely healthy all week long, I have so far lost 12.5KG over 4 months, But its so hard eating right when you are out in the evenings a lot.

    I have recently given up smoking cigarettes(three and a half weeks to be exact) and find that I am now eating a lot more food then what I used to while I was a smoker. I would be very interseted in your two day diet book, because I need to control my eating habits better than what I am now. I gave up smoking to become healthier and to be able to live longer to enjoy my 5 grandchildren, with 2 more soon to be here in a few months. I didn’t used to eat as much as before, and now find I am eating a lot, and probably more than I should be, and I am not always eating the right food at the right times because my belly has grown and I fear that I may become overweight. I never really believed in dieting, but now I need help with my eating habits, and what and when to eat, and what not to eat. HELP… I am desperate for advice, and I would love to receive a copy of your book, and I would probably share the information with my family and friends. I fear that I will go back to smoking cigarettes again in order to stop eating too much, and I don’t really want to do that.. PLEASE HELP!!…. 🙂
