MOST DIETS DON’T WORK; THIS ONE HAS BEEN SCIENTIFICALLY TESTED, AND IS PROVEN TO WORK.

It might sound too good to be true, but in clinical trials, followers of ‘The 2-Day Diet lost almost twice as much fat and more centimetres around their waist than those on a continuous calorie-controlled diet.

The 2-Day Diet by Dr Michelle Harvie and Prof. Tony Howell was developed in the UK by cancer prevention specialists, and is nutritionally balanced, safe and easy to follow.  To reach your ideal weight, all you need to do is follow a low-carb, low-calorie diet for two days a week.  For the rest of the week you simply eat normally, but sensibly.

The 2-Day Diet” is packed with clear and simple guidance, meal planners and 100 delicious and filling recipes to help you on your way. There are also options for vegetarians. The authors explain how and why the diet works, and outline the numerous proven health benefits associated with it, including reducing insulin and levels of other hormones and inflammation in the body known to cause cancer, lowering high blood pressure, and improving well-being, mood and energy levels. It is a unique way of eating and one that can completely rejuvenate your body on a cellular level.

Finally you can enjoy your food and stop worrying about your weight for good.

I have recently given up smoking cigarettes(three and a half weeks to be exact) and find that I am now eating a lot more food then what I used to while I was a smoker. I would be very interseted in your two day diet book, because I need to control my eating habits better than what I am now. I gave up smoking to become healthier and to be able to live longer to enjoy my 5 grandchildren, with 2 more soon to be here in a few months. I didn’t used to eat as much as before, and now find I am eating a lot, and probably more than I should be, and I am not always eating the right food at the right times because my belly has grown and I fear that I may become overweight. I never really believed in dieting, but now I need help with my eating habits, and what and when to eat, and what not to eat. HELP… I am desperate for advice, and I would love to receive a copy of your book, and I would probably share the information with my family and friends. I fear that I will go back to smoking cigarettes again in order to stop eating too much, and I don’t really want to do that.. PLEASE HELP!!…. 🙂
